1. When you fill in our contact form, information about you is transmitted electronically, processed, collated and stored by The Allergy Clinic. We respect your privacy. We won’t sell, rent or provide your personal information to third parties unless: (i) you consent to our doing so; (ii) we are required to do so by law; or (iii) we are ordered to do so by any regulatory authority.
2. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information and maintain its confidentiality. We can’t, however, guarantee the security or integrity of the information you provide to us electronically. You do so at your own risk, and in no event will we be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage relating to the loss of data or profits, arising from or in connection with a security breach in relation to, or loss or destruction of, your information.
3. We use the information we collect about you to communicate with you, but also to improve our service, monitor the usage and performance of our online strategies and communicate with you.
4. We may use technology to gather information about your journey through our online content, including details of your operating system, browser version, domain name, and IP address (the IP address is a string of numbers that tells us which server you are using but does not identify you). 5. We are entitled to share aggregated information (for example, demographic data) with our stakeholders and business partners without disclosing any personal details.
